  • Herbalist
  • Yoga Therapist
  • Wellness Coach
  • Clinical Hypnotherapist

I know from personal experience what it’s like to recover from post-viral syndrome and have dealt with CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, POTS, and more. I was also “floxxed” by a fluoroquinolone antibiotic and have an interest in promoting safe herbal alternatives to Western medicine.

I’ve been practicing and teaching holistic healing, including Ayurveda, yoga, and sound healing, for over a decade. My love for natural healing modalities led me to study Ayurveda and receive certification from an esteemed institution in India. My yoga training is rooted in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, and I also specialize in restorative and therapeutic yoga for individual needs. I’m additionally trained in Medical Qigong.

As a Wellness Coach, I guide clients to reach their health goals through a holistic approach that encompasses nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. My focus is on nurturing the body, mind, and soul connection to achieve optimal health and wellness.

As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I incorporate the mind-body connection in my practice to help clients with various mental and emotional concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and fears/phobias. Through the power of hypnosis and visualization, I assist clients in overcoming their inner barriers and achieving positive change.

Combining these modalities, I offer personalized wellness programs designed to restore and maintain balance in life. My ultimate goal is to inspire clients to embrace their optimal health and well-being, one step at a time.

Yoga therapy is a great way to enhance your well-being. This is not a yoga workout session. You will be evaluated to determine how a gentle yoga practice can support your healing goals. Free Consultation - Case Study

If you would like a session but money is an issue, I provide a free video consultation that can benefit yourself and others. The catch? These sessions are recorded and shared online for everyone to learn from. By signing up for this session, you agree to allow your case study to be viewed online at my website(s) and/or in my online courses. We also have an option for an anonymous email consultation if you don't want to be recorded.

FAQ (häufig gestellte Fragen & Antworten)

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. The term "Ayurveda" is derived from the Sanskrit words "ayus," which means life, and "veda," which means knowledge or science. Ayurveda is based on the idea that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on promoting good health, rather than simply treating disease, by using natural remedies, including herbs, minerals, and other plant-based ingredients. Ayurvedic medicine is a holistic system that seeks to treat the root cause of disease, rather than just the symptoms. It places a great emphasis on individualized care and recognizes that each person is unique and may require different treatments based on their constitution, or "dosha." Ayurveda is still widely practiced in India and is gaining popularity in other parts of the world as people seek out natural and holistic approaches to health and wellness.

Yoga therapy is a form of therapy that uses yoga practices, such as physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques, to help individuals with physical, mental, and emotional health issues. The goal of yoga therapy is to promote healing and well-being by addressing the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of a particular condition. Yoga therapy is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments. It can be effective in managing a wide range of health conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress-related disorders. Yoga therapy is typically tailored to the individual's specific needs, taking into account their physical abilities, medical history, and personal goals. A yoga therapist will work with the individual to develop a personalized yoga practice that can be practiced at home or in a studio. The therapist may also provide guidance on lifestyle changes and nutritional support to complement the yoga practice. Yoga therapy is increasingly recognized as a safe and effective approach to promoting overall health and well-being, and it is gaining popularity among healthcare professionals and the general public alike.

A holistic health concierge is a professional who provides personalized health-related services from a holistic perspective, which means considering the whole person, including their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A holistic health concierge works with clients to identify and address underlying causes of health issues, rather than simply treating symptoms. Holistic health concierges may offer a range of services, including personalized health coaching, nutrition counseling, and stress management techniques. They may also recommend appropriate alternative therapies such as acupuncture and massage, and lifestyle recommendations to promote overall well-being. The goal of a holistic health concierge is to provide personalized and comprehensive health support that takes into account the client's unique needs and circumstances, promoting long-term health and well-being. They work to empower clients to take an active role in their health, helping them to make informed decisions and develop habits that support their overall wellness.

I do not give refunds for services, because unfortunately people tend to abuse this if offered. If you schedule a time with me, you are taking up a time slot that someone else might need. Thus, if you schedule, please pick a time that you can commit to. If you need to reschedule, please try to let me know 24 hours in advance if possible. If you miss a session without notice, you get one complimentary no-show, but two no-shows, other than emergencies, forfeit the service fee. If *I* miss a session without prior notice, I'll give you an extra free session. Thank you for respecting my time (as well as yours)! :-)

I have two main options available: Monthly subscriptions and one-off “services” that can be purchased ala carte. To view my service options, such as the Ayurvedic Herbal Consult, click on the “Services” tab on the top right of this page, select the service, and then scroll down to “sign up,” which will bring you to the scheduling and payment pages. You can combine one-off services with subscriptions if you need to as well.
